On May 10th, Chairman Dai Baixiong conducted a special research and held a project promotion meeting at the Inner Mongolia base, focusing on listening to reports on the progress of technological transformation, expansion and new construction projects for pesticide raw materials, intermediates, etc., further clarifying the direction for the planning and design of the base's industrial chain extension project.
The chairman pointed out that as a key pivot of the group's "new materials+new energy" dual wheel drive, the Inner Mongolia base needs to layout the supply chain, industrial chain, innovation chain, global supply chain, and homologous supply chain with a global perspective, focusing on the extension, strengthening, and supply chain of environmentally friendly pesticides. During the research, the chairman went deep into the project site to inquire in detail about the progress of equipment installation, process optimization, and the implementation of environmental protection measures. He pointed out that the Inner Mongolia base should combine activities to improve "quality and efficiency", compare goals, study measures, focus on promoting technological transformation projects, and implement each measure around the core of increasing revenue, reducing expenses, and increasing income.
The chairman emphasized that the Inner Mongolia base should firmly grasp the three core strategies of "technological breakthrough, chain group collaboration, and green intelligent manufacturing", and take industrial chain projects such as pesticide raw materials and intermediates as breakthroughs to accelerate the comprehensive upgrading of the agricultural chemical industry towards high-end, intelligent, and low-carbon. To build a full chain system of "raw materials, formulations, and services", the group will fully support the construction of the Inner Mongolia base, link resources from all parties, and promote the high-quality development of the agricultural chemical sector.
