With the arrival of high temperatures in summer, the company has actively responded to the national call for safety production and taken a series of effective measures to ensure safe production in hot weather. At the same time, the company has also launched the "Summer Coolness" activity, bringing coolness and care to frontline employees, fully reflecting the company's high attention to employee health and safety.

The company always regards safety production as the lifeline of enterprise development. In the face of high temperatures in summer, the company strictly implements a 24-hour leadership duty system to ensure that there are cadres at or above the level of workshop director on duty every day, especially during the noon and nighttime periods, to respond to emergencies. At the same time, each workshop insists on listening to and watching the weather forecast daily, updating the weather situation on the workshop bulletin board in a timely manner, implementing a natural disaster prevention and early warning system, and ensuring production safety.

 

The company has taken multiple measures to ensure the health of its employees. The company requires all departments to arrange outdoor work time reasonably and try to avoid outdoor work or special work during the high temperature period at noon. The safety management department is responsible for supervising each workshop to equip necessary heatstroke prevention drugs. At the same time, the workshop has taken effective measures such as ventilation, cooling, and insulation for high-temperature workplaces to prevent employees from heatstroke and ensure their health and safety in high-temperature environments.

In terms of summer cooling activities, the company's logistics department carries out "cooling" activities for frontline employees during high temperature weather of 35 ℃ or above. The logistics department carefully brewed mung bean soup and sour plum soup, purchased heatstroke prevention and cooling foods such as watermelon, and brought coolness and care to frontline employees, allowing them to feel the warmth and care of the company in high temperature environments.

The company's series of measures to cope with high temperature weather not only ensure the safety of production, but also reflect the company's high attention to employee health and safety, demonstrating the company's humanistic care and corporate responsibility. The company has demonstrated the business philosophy of "respecting heaven and loving people" through practical actions, allowing employees to feel cool and cared for in high-temperature environments, enhancing their sense of belonging and cohesion, and laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
